Asked Questions
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time so that you can enjoy the full spa experience and get settled in with a refreshment. Regrettably, a late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining time allotted.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We are happy to accept payment for services in the form of Cash & UPI. Please note that we do not accept any personal cheques. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are graciously accepted by all of our staff. Please note that we accept cash gratuities only.
I have insurance coverage for treatments?
If your insurance policy covers Ayurvedic treatments it is generally only applicable to Registered Therapies & Treatments. Receipts for Registered treatments will be issues upon request.
What are your cancellation policies?
LA 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations of spa packages; if we are not given sufficient notice your deposit may be held. We do require a credit card number to be put on file for all group bookings to reserve the appointments. Please note that no charges will be placed on your card unless there is a late cancellation. We ask all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service time so that you can enjoy the full spa experience and get settled in with a refreshment. As well, please be advised we are unable to accommodate or provide childcare for children under the age of 12.
